Biography

Cedric Donaldson is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Tax Attorney, as well as the President and Founder of both Donaldson CPA and Donaldson Law. His experience in public accounting exceeds ten years. Mr. Donaldson strives to grow both companies nationwide while providing clients with reliable advice that is attentive to their individual
concerns and goals.

Mr. Donaldson was born in Orlando, Florida and raised there. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from< Bethune Cookman University and a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management. In addition to his accomplishments in the accounting profession, Mr. Donaldson has obtained his Juris Doctorate from FAMU College of Law and his Master of Laws Degree in Taxation from the University of Florida.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Donaldson has developed an extensive knowledge base in tax compliance for individuals and businesses. He specializes in business entity selection and structuring as well as planning strategies for business, individual, and estate taxation. Mr. Donaldson is also an active and knowledgeable real estate agent. He has spent the past decade assisting investors in the acquisition and taxation of residential and commercial real estate.

Mr. Donaldson is a devoted husband and father of four children. He is an active member of his church and a volunteer for several nonprofit organizations. Mr. Donaldson has dedicated his entire life to serving the people. He presently serves on the boards of various community-serving organizations and is an active member of local accounting societies and business organizations. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing in his spare time in addition to attending and writing on various sporting events.
